Why does IE display the site markup crookedly through OpenServer?

I open Index.html in three ways. (It is for the IE browser)
1) Right-click on the file and select the IE browser. The markup is displayed correctly.
2) Through OpenServer I write the path in the address bar
3) I upload the project to the hosting and check it.
The second option gives a curve markup, tell me why.
