Why does https fall off after eoip is raised on mikrotik?

Welcome all.
Our company has a remote point that is connected to the main office via EoIP with ipsec. There are Mikrotik routers on both sides. After raising the eoip tunnel, an extremely strange problem appeared, and it is not even clear if it is related to microtik. But it showed up after setting up eoip. The websites of at least two banks stopped opening - https://pskb.com/private/ and https://online.sberbank.ru/CSAFront/index.doMoreover, they stopped opening simultaneously both in the main office and at a remote point. That is, immediately behind two routers on which eoip with ipsec is raised. Opening the page takes a very long time, below the status line "creating a secure connection" and then the error "Unable to access the site" by timeout. Let me know if anyone has any thoughts on this.

What is there to think? You have to shake here. To begin with, look at the traceroute where the packet goes and where it is lost.

I already asked a similar question - Why does the Internet disappear when the EOIP tunnel is up?
The problem was with MTU
