Why does google index sitemap instead of articles?
I have a website
It has a list of words
And actually mini-articles from this list with addresses of the form
For some reason, in the search results for queries, it does not display the articles themselves, but a page with a site map
How to fix this, and why does this happen? Maybe there is some way from PHP to catch the referrer of the search query and redirect to the correct article and not to the list of articles? But I heard that referrers are now not caught by Google. How to be?

And remove this crutch altogether. Or write noindex, nofollow there. You have a sitemap, why even a separate page? Living people still do not use this SEO invention.
