Why does github pages refuse to load folder with svg icons?

Posted the statics on github pages. The svg icon (select-arrow.svg) should be loaded on the category page , but there is an error in the console (they say there is no icon), although it was successfully uploaded to the gh-pages branch. Can you please tell me how to get access to svg icons?
