In general, there are no problems when enabling WindowsAero. When you turn on the simplified style, such a desynchronization begins. The monitor is at 60hz, the drivers for the card are the latest, even the video on YouTube breaks.
At the same time, the settings for performance are the same.
Accordingly, in a simplified style, enabling nvidia sync does not help, in aero style - everything works without it.
