Why does FireFox show such a border in fonts?

Hello!
I'm interested in how to overcome such a cant gyazo.com/846da5fe5214252073e30d89511a34fa
The font is used everywhere OpenSansBold, however, in Chrome everything is OK, but garbage in firelis.

The font that in ff is not OpenSansBold , it's some other font
The format of the font for ff is different from chrome, check
Google Fonts website for it, and it displays fine in ff

What format is the font in?
In general, if you do not bother with IE less than 9, you can leave only one - woff. It is correctly understood by all browsers. In extreme cases, additionally connect ttf (which is generated via WebFont Generator, and not native from the system). All other hacks should be retired.
