Why does file watcher in webstorm throw an error when adding @import for compass?

Greetings.

I am using webstorm 8 on Mac Os X 10.10.

Added file watcher for sass files. Everything works fine, but exactly until I do it @import compass/css3. I get an error when adding an import

File to import not found or unreadable: compass/css3

If you open the project through a regular terminal and do sudo compass watchit, everything works.

PS I tried to open webstorm with sudo rights ( sudo /Applications/WebStorm.app/Contents/MacOS/webide ). Did not help.

@LB777

Is it included in the project (file->languages&frameworks->compass)?
Is there an "External Libraries" in the project explorer?
