Why does eslint treat tabs as spaces?

Good afternoon! Please help me understand what is the problem?
The project has eslint which always throws a warning like

warning  Expected indentation of 3 tabs but found 16 spaces  indent

I understand the conflict between phpstorm and eslint!?
Perhaps someone has encountered such a problem ... and knows how to solve it.
