Why does “Eset NOD32 Antivirus 7” give an “Address Blocked” notification?

Often, when opening any sites, the same notification is issued about blocking the address " https://cr-input.mxpnl.net" with the IP address "34.199.58.131". Okay, the antivirus is blocking something suspicious there, but I'm puzzled by the question, but this message may indicate that data from the PC (any) can be sent to someone to whom they should not be sent, but how to check it?
