Why does encfs encrypt even when you unzip a folder from an archive?

Hey!
Faced such a problem.
I decided to make myself a cloud from the article habrahabr.ru/post/209500
Everything worked out, but now one question is how can I remove the encryption of the folder names that I unzip from any downloaded archive, I need the encryption to work only on the folder with the cloud.
