Why does dropbox show my photos to other users?

A very strange dropbox incident happened today. I just can’t figure out what it was:
Wi-Fi at home, it has 3 computers. I installed dropbox for my mom using my referral link. Everything loaded, everything is fine. Mom uploaded some photos to the dropbox - an email has arrived View your photos You have uploaded your first photos. But when she opens the link, she goes to my dropbox! I have never entered my username and password on her computer before. Is this due to the fact that one wi-fi is used?
In this case, it turns out that it is impossible to connect a laptop / phone to any Wi-Fi, the user of which can have a dropbox?

You most likely installed your own dropbox for your mother - during installation, did he ask you for data to register a new account?
Have you taken the link from the drop-down menu on the right-top ("Install")?

I haven't worked with drop, so I don't know the details. But I can assume that if the link is opened not in the dropbox client, but in the browser, then cookies are probably synchronized with your other browser (now there are such technologies), your cookies are automatically sent, in which data with your last authorization. That is, if you last entered the dropbox in the browser and did not exit, then any open link will open as if it was opened under your account. The solution to this problem (if that's the point, of course) is to remove cookies from the browser.
But it is possible that the bugs of the drop itself are also involved here.
