Why does disk space disappear when opening files?

Hello! Experienced Visual Studio users, please explain why when opening a file. sln, 200 mb are constantly taken away from me?
And yet, how to clear the cache in VS and is it safe?

15 megabytes under the
bin
obj service folder
, it all depends on the project
, it also downloads packages from nuget and adds them to the cache and to your folder
