Why does deleting the old gallery affect the display of shorcodes of the new one?

Hello! I have a wordpress website with the NextGEN Gallery plugin installed . Then, I liked the display of the gallery in Photo Gallery more , so I installed and imported all the galleries using the NextGen Gallery Import to Photo Gallery plugin . I set up, replaced the shortcodes with a new gallery - everything is displayed by the class.
But, now, when the old NextGEN Gallery is deactivated, the galleries of the new Photo Gallery plugin disappear somewhere and for some reason shortcodes are displayed in the form of text instead, or rather, even like this: the shortcodes themselves are written in the visual composer constructorinside html blocks and now they are displayed as text, but if you put shortcodes in the text block of the constructor, then everything is displayed well. But, I need to output exactly html blocks.
If I activate the old NextGen Gallery plugin again, then everything is displayed well in any blocks. Q: How can I delete the old gallery? Does she have some kind of cosmic connection now with the new one, like Siamese twins?
