Why does defining a Source on a MediaElement crash the XAML constructor?

An mp4 clip is used as a background in the window. When defining the Source property, the constructor crashes and throws the following exception:


Please help me figure out what the problem is.

The wpf constructor is another glitch. It happened to me and fell on a simple markup. Scored on him and markup handles.
