Why does Debian output: poweroff, sudo, shutdown, reboot, and others are missing?

It simply outputs that such commands do not exist. Just installed the OS.

1. sudo - not installed by default. It must be installed. apt install sudo
2. The rest of the commands are run as root. Accordingly, they will be executed either after installing sudo, or after logging in as root (su -)

Most likely not the maximum (full) distribution is installed. Some programs may not be, as already written, they can be installed with pens.
