Why does ClassNotFoundException: ContextLoaderListener occur?

I'm running into the Intellij environment. I start a project with spring wf on glassfish, an error occurs class not found ClassNotFoundException: ContextLoaderListener. I tried everything: I uploaded jar files to the server manually and through the provide veins. In web.xml, everything is by default, that is, the CLL class is loaded, but an error of the above kind occurs. Previously, such an error did not occur, although I used all the same versions of gs and spring as now. If someone had this or who knows how to cope with these, please help !!

File > Project Structure > Artifacts and click on the required dependencies on the Output Layout tab.
