Why does Chrome and Firefox have a width of 1519.2px at a screen resolution of 1920x1080px?

I understood the reason, win7 is worth it, and set joxi.ru/Grqz6D1uQnDgdm
in the settings,
after which it became adequate to show up. though this is not a solution, tk. now everything on the screen is very small - I'm talking about controls and menus.
Judging by the screenshot, you have HiDPI mode enabled, one pixel in CSS corresponds to 1.25 pixels on the screen.
In firefox, this can be set in the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx parameter in about:config.
