Why does Callback VK stop sending requests to the server?
Hello.
There is a VKontakte bot, more than 200 people write to it per minute, the callback works fine for a while and stops sending requests. Of course, he sends them later, but after a minute or two, and in failed VK requests, the error "Timeout was reached", although the server is working normally and is practically not loaded, the scripts also all work quickly and there is no such error when at least 100 people write to the bot, and callback works fine. How to solve this, please tell me.

This means that something is not working properly for you, but you think that everything is fine. Exceeding the timeout speaks for itself. Either the network, or 200 people per minute, something makes you not work out, or there are delays. Maybe your base slows down, or a disk or something else.
