Why does AWS charge money on a free account?
$0.005 per Elastic IP address not attached to a running instance per hour (prorated) $1.33
This is in the expense item. Understood what kind of ip but! Do not understand why?
I only use 1 ip in EC2. I go to Elastic IPs and everything is right there 1 ip.
Is this allowed at the free level, or am I not understanding something?
