Why does autoload cancellation in the manager not work?

I disabled it from autoload in the manager and in Ccleaner, but the Nvidia utility still starts with Windows. Where can I see who is running it? Does the scheduler have this?

Delete the "cleaner" - you don't understand how it works!
There is only autoruns from Sysinternals and I am its prophet :D
