Why does authorization through Odnoklassniki not work?

Error code 101 PARAM_API_KEY : No application key
Created an application, received a public and private key and application number by mail.
When sending, I see my application and Accept and Reject.
When I click accept, I get this error. What can be wrong?

The solution was found, for some reason there was a jamb in 'application_key' => env('ODNOKLASSNIKI_PUBLIC') which is located in Provide.php, manually substituted the public key there and it worked! Only email is not sent

Most likely you just did not specify the keys in the laravel config
