Why is a redirect to site.ru/%2F followed by a 404 error when accessing the site.ru or site.ru/ site root ? This happens only when accessing the root, at an address like site.ru/page everything is already working fine. This behavior is both on localhost and on remote hosting. CMS opencart. Enabled in the CNC and SeoPro settings, htaccess is standard. Apache configs did not touch. Where to dig, how to decide?

because you have / in the seo_url (url_alias) table for common/home, and you need an empty value
