Why does apache give 404 when accessing a file via https?

There is a site on Bitrix.
There is a way .../pay/check.php where the correctness of Ya.Kassa's codes is checked
, and so, when accessing this file via the http protocol, everything goes well, but if you write https//.... in the address, then Apache issues 404 error.

как у Вас настроен Apache ? покажите файл виртуального хоста. по всей видимости Apache просто не слушает 443 порт для этого домена
