Apache HTTP Server

Why does Apache access logs show hostname instead of IP?

The problem is this. There is a VPS with CENTOS 6.9 x86_64 virtuozzo + cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 24) installed. Several accounts have also been created to which several domains have been added.
There is one account on a dedicated IP, one domain has been added to it and several subdomains have been created for it. It is on the domain on this account that IP addresses are recorded in the access-logs as 259.259.19.217.dyn.idknet.com. At the same time, there is no such problem for subdomains on the same account. It is also not available on other domains. Only on this.
I have already rummaged through all the possible settings, reviewed httpd.conf many times, but it was not possible to fix the problem. Perhaps someone faced a similar problem, tell me where to dig?

@evgoo

Unfortunately HostnameLookups Off doesn't help, it's the first thing that was done
. PS In general, I solved the problem through cPanel support. For those who are interested, the problem was that IP addresses were set in the htaccess file to block access in this format

Placing a comment at the end of the line calls the mod_authz_host module and hostnames are written to the logs. To get rid of such a problem, it is enough to insert a comment before, or remove it altogether.
