Why does an error occur when running code through VSCode?
When you run any code through the shortcut (!) VSCode, capital letters in Cyrillic are not read in the terminal:
PS D:\Python Drawings\3D> & C:/Users/eonid/AppData/Local/Programs/Python/Python39/python.exe " d:/PythonDrawings/Shooter/test2.py"
The terminal reads "eonid" instead of "Leonid" and also "Drawings" instead of "Drawings". Therefore, an error occurs and the file is not found. If you manually enter the correct path, then everything works. Also, the error does NOT occur when launched through Explorer, not through a shortcut.
