Why does an error occur when creating a project through the project manager in vue cli?

Good evening, when creating a project on vue cli, the local project manager opens through the vue ui command, in which I select the parameters I need for the project, but at the last stage of creation an error occurs (Cannot set property 'context' of null), as a result, the project does not is being created(( Can you tell me how to solve this problem)) Thanks in advance)
