Why does an empty POST request come from VK Callback API?

Good afternoon!
I made a server script in PHP for the VKontakte Callback API on the hosting, when events occur in the specified VKontakte community, this script seems to call and send a POST request to my server. But in PHP, my $_POST array is empty for some reason. The question is why? Maybe VKontakte does not send POST, but somehow else, via HTTP? Perhaps someone has a working example of a script for Callback API VKontakte?
