Why does alibaba show a different certificate?

Good day!

I've been trying to go to https://alibaba.com for several days now , and the Chrome browser swears at the certificate and won't let me.

Same thing with Edge.
Browser latest version, mobile internet from yota. Windows 10 from the official image, installed just the other day, from the software only LibreOffice and 7zip.

Right now I went to the ancient question on QNA, https://qna.habr.com/q/243510 , and the page opened normally.
Switched to the main - everything works.
In a new tab, I type alibaba.com with my hands - the same error.

It looks like a certificate substitution :)
In any case, when I access the link above, I have a certificate for air.alibaba.com like this
