Why does Adobe Phonegap Build say no plugins installed?

Good evening. Adobe Phonegap Build tells me that I don't have plugins installed in the app. Link to the screenshot (for some reason I could not add a picture... Although I installed it as written in the documentation, using the "cordova plugin add org.apache.cordova.inappbrowser" command. And in another way. I clicked on this page and downloaded the plugin from the repository it in "plugins/org.apache.cordova.inappbrowser/" in the project folder and added the line to config.xml After that I uploaded the zip archive with the project to phonegap build and it cannot understand that I installed the plugin. What am I doing wrong ?

I didn’t include / download any plugins in the line, and yet I have them in the application and they work, just install the latest phonegapp and cordova.
The plugins folder is empty.
And when uploading to phonegapbuild, include the .cordova folder in the archive.
