Why does a white window appear on chrome startup?

When you start chrome , a white window opens and that's it, I tried to reinstall chrome, flashplayer, java, chrome profile, cleaned the registry, deleted chrome with all roots, but nothing helps. I did not find an answer on the Internet. There is no problem on ie and firefox , but I want google chrome.
PS It was launched if you select old_chrome.exe in the root folder and then, without turning off old , run the usual one, but such dances with a tambourine at each start .... and after reinstallation, old disappeared. I don't know what to do, I've tried everything.
