Why does a white screen appear when preview is zoomed in After Effects?

I downloaded the ready-made template, it opens and you can see that the elements are displayed, but when you try to zoom in, the window turns white and nothing else can be done. After effects 2020 version 17.7.0 (build 45). Reinstalling after effects did not help, I tried to download the file again - it did not help either. A few hours ago it was possible to edit this project without problems

I have exactly the same problem. But I picked up a rather strange solution, but it works for me.
In general, when a white screen appears, you need to switch from 1 view to 4 view and then back (i.e. 1 view> 4 view> 1 view) and after that the preview window functions normally (for a while)
