Why does a postgreSQL dump pass completely on one machine, but not on another?

The machine on which the dump was made is running PostgreSQL 9.0.11.
On my 9.3 . I make a dump on a fresh database, everything is filled in, except for 1 table, although the table itself is created.
The catch is that where it was made, on the same empty database, everything goes well.
psql -U postgres db_name < ~/db_dump.sql Fill in
the dump with this command (both there and there)
Could there be problems due to subd versions? Because of what just do mozhkt be like this?
