Why does a page on the MODX engine give a 304 status and is not opened by the browser?

One page in the MODx engine is not opened by the browser. When you click on the link, nothing happens, but in the console you can see this: https://yadi.sk/i/XrbgjrK73DknE6 Page status 304 is transmitted. And if you try to open the link in a new window, an empty page opens just with the address, nothing further than getting the title does not go. I've never experienced anything like this, what could be the reason?
Site on https, htaccess tried to set default. Other pages return status 200. Only this page has a problem.

In any unclear situation, update the MODx cache!
1) Try to uncheck the "Cached" checkbox on the page, refresh the cache again and see the result.
2) Temporarily change the URL of the page and see the result, if everything is ok, then something with the settings or see what plugins are (maybe there are some that redirect the page)?
