What is the optimal number of ad groups/key phrases for a company to load quickly? Recommend software for advertising campaign management

It hangs, apparently, because a large number of ads are opened simultaneously in the interface on one page. You can set a limit of 50-100 ads in the campaign settings, section Special settings, item "Number of ad groups on the campaign page". Or simply, after waiting for the page with ads to load, select the display of 50 ads per page at the bottom of the page.
The only optimal application for working with an advertising campaign in Yandex.Direct is Direct Commander . But when loading several thousand ads at the same time, it also takes some time.
