Why does a 404 page open when going to taxonomy?

Hello!
Through the plugin, PODS created a Custom Post Type "games" and a Custom Taxonomy "platforms".
The pods connected them.

Further, the following categories were added to the platforms taxonomy: playstation-5, windows, xbox-one

When you open the category: https://url/platforms/playstation-5/ , a page with a list of posts opens
But when you open the taxonomy: https://url/platforms/ page 404 is shown.

Also, on the category page, the breadcrumbs look like this: Home(link)/Platforms(text)/PlayStation 5(text). That is, you can’t go into taxonomy on breadcrumbs.

How to fix it?

Tried creating template taxonomy.php, taxonomy-platforms.php . Does not help.
Tried updating permalinks with no change. Does not help.

You have templates index.php, arhive.php, taxonomy.php but they don't open when switching to taxonomy.

And it should help..
After you create custom posts, taxonomies, etc., re-save permalinks in the admin panel. Read more in the Wordpress Help . But in general, study the API, it's more reliable.
