Why does 1c server work so long?

On centos7, 1c server, postgresql-9.6 is installed. The infobase is
loaded in 1 minute 20 seconds.
VPS specifications: 2GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 25 GB SSD.
postgres configuration

# DB Version: 9.6
# OS Type: linux
# DB Type: mixed
# Total Memory (RAM): 2 GB
# CPUs num: 8
# Connections num: 20
# Data Storage: ssd

max_connections = 20
shared_buffers = 512MB
effective_cache_size = 1536MB
maintenance_work_mem = 128MB
checkpoint_completion_target = 0.9
wal_buffers = 16MB
default_statistics_target = 100
random_page_cost = 1.1
effective_io_concurrency = 200
work_mem = 3276kB
min_wal_size = 1GB
max_wal_size = 2GB
max_worker_processes = 8
max_parallel_workers_per_gather = 4

System, server 1s, postgress eats 1.1GB
Deliberately made a lot of threads, it seems to work faster.
It works for a very long time, I try to print an invoice, it takes a very long time to load.
What is it connected with?

I hope you did not turn off the "vacuum" in Postgres?
It you under a DBMS generously allocated so much?
Seriously?
However, there are still suspicions about the network.
If you are accessing 1C from the host and not locally, then this is easily possible.
