Why does 1C not see the HASP network security key?

The organization moved from 8.2 to 8.3
While the migration to 8.3 is gradually going on, from 8.2 there was
a hardware nuisance Hasp on Windows 2008 Server
On some machines, 1s 8.2 stopped seeing the protection key, while everything works in 8.3.
In the HasP settings, the server is registered manually

NH_IPX = Disabled
NH_NETBIOS = Disabled
NH_TCPIP = Enabled
NH_SERVER_ADDR = 192.168.0.150
NH_TCPIP_METHOD = TCP
NH_SESSION = 5
NH_SEND_RCV = 4
NH_USE_BROADCAST = Disabled

When Scanning Nmap

nmap 192.168.0.150 -p 475
Nmap scan report for 192.168.0.150
Host is up (0.00063s latency).
PORT STATE SERVICE
475/tcp open tcpnethaspsrv
MAC Address: 00:15:17:DA:05:96 (Intel Corporate)
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 0.16 seconds

If you disable the HASP Loader service, then the key error appears on absolutely all computers.
When you start, those that worked continue to work. and those that did not work continue to receive an error, as if the HASP Loader
version 8.2 service was turned off, they are the same everywhere. Versions of windows different 7 and 8.1 on 8.1 does not work immediately after installation, on 7 it stops working

Is this the nethasp.ini file? Most likely an incorrect file format (there should be sections). Besides at 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 these files lie in different places. Check that the files are identical everywhere.
