Why do web pages take a long time to load?

Recently, pages in browsers have become loaded well, for a very long time. A 10 MB file cannot be downloaded. I go to speedtest - the speed is prohibitive.

For starters, we measure the speed correctly. On several remote servers - for example, if you are in Moscow, then select servers in Vladivostok, Germany, Yekaterinburg and see the speed. Moreover, the servers to which you measure the speed must be in the network of other providers.
After that, it's a good idea to check the proxy settings in the browser - it is likely that a proxy can be used there, and now they often work for some specific resources.
The configuration of the computer can also affect - which disk is under the system, how much free space, how much RAM.

UPD: Right in all browsers?
Check the global proxy settings in the system + proxy settings in browsers, disable all extensions, etc.
