Why do web fonts look fuzzy on the site?

No matter what I do, the fonts are rendered with nasty looking anti-aliasing: 5c8f65f4acc7a342058049.png
In this case, the letter T is especially affected, as you can see in the screenshot (clickable screenshot).
The font in this case is Gilroy Extra Bold, size 22px, woff2 format. This font does not respond to font-weight changes, but just in case, I will say that font-weight=600 in the example. Chrome browser 73.
What could be the problem? On other sites, web fonts don't have such terrible anti-aliasing. The problem disappears if you use local fonts instead of web fonts, such as Segoe UI.

1. The font itself may be of poor execution.
2. Font-weight and should not change, the font is rendered in one version. If you want 300, 400, 600, look for such a font with the appropriate saturation light, regular, bold
3. The display of the font can be affected by the monitor itself
