Why do Sublime Text 3 plugins need node js?
Good afternoon!
There was a need to sort CSS code, because. I write quickly and in my own way, but it is very inconvenient for others to read my code, in addition, sometimes I myself get confused. I tried to teach myself to write normally, but literally after a dozen selectors everything again turns into an unreadable form (the main thing is that it works :).
I found what suits me - CSSComb under Sublime Text 3, I tried it online on their website - that's what I need.
I installed it in the sublime via Package Control - the function appeared, but does not work. Dropped - need node.js
And ... but how to install it? If everything is clear with php - XAMPP or Denver and everything works, but with node.js I'm generally in a stupor. I downloaded cygwin, ran it... and I also need server.js... I just wanted my css to look neat!
Need help: how to put this damn Node.JS to make CSSComb work?

nodejs.org Click the green button and fly.
As I understand it, you have Windows, since you downloaded cygwin.
You will still come across this "damn" nodejs or a fork of it at work. So learn, read =)
