Why do some directories appear with quotes and others without?
Before creating another themes folder and installing the theme in it, this was not the case. What does it mean?
I also attached that there is a similar question, since I asked a question about themes on web-ftp, but no one answered.

You have spaces in your folder names. Hence the quotes. The shell tells you that a space is part of the folder name (in your case, a space at the end).
