Why do site elements disappear on a site that is on opencart?

For some reason, elements disappear on the site, if you clear the system cache, the elements appear back, I can’t understand what this is connected with. There is a lot of disk space left, the site is not overloaded with various processes, there are not very many visitors. I looked at the logs, there is nothing.
What could be the possible reason?
I assume that the matter is in the Storage Cleaner plugin, but this is not accurate.
