Why do settings crash in phpStorm?

I'm sitting on Ubuntu 16.04, every working day starts by going to the phpStorm -> Tools -> Web Browser settings and unchecking all browsers, after which I click Apply, Ok, I work the day without annoying pop-up browser icons ... but on I see them again the next day.
Why are my phpStorm settings crashing?

Known bug . Update PhpStorm version.
