Why do records double when adding FOREIGN KEY?

Good day, I added FOREIGN KEY to the plate to associate the menu with the type, but why the records are duplicated, maybe I added something wrong, or it should be so, Screenshots below.

Nothing is doubled up, it's just displayed like this... I don't know exactly why it's like this in phpMyAdmin, but it's like this... it's the same for me, like 1 - mainand main - 1But it would be worth referring, as I think, to id. And you will need to allocate less space, and edit without interference.
