Why do push notifications stop coming to iOS devices?

The situation is as follows:
We install the application, it starts to receive push notifications during the day.
The next day, notifications stop coming.
After launching and minimizing the application, notifications come again during the day, but the next day they do not come again.
The server uses javapns.
The application sends a token to the server every time the application starts.
What could be the problem?

There is a dock describing possible problems with push notification. Something tells me that the Registration Succeeded But No Notifications Received and Some Notifications Received, but Not All sections might help you.
