Why do many programs stop working properly without administrator rights?

Something a little strange is going on. I have Windows 10 (version 2004) installed.

windows
downloaded from the official site, but activated via KMSAuto

For some reason, recently, many programs began to give errors if they are used without administrator rights.
  • Streamlabs OBS throws a JS error on startup.

  • If you try to open the file through Photoshop, then it gives out:

  • Epson Scan gives an error, Origin gives an error when trying to install the game.
  • Etc.

In general, as I understand it, programs for some reason cannot read / write files. But these are not system folders, I myself can create / delete files there, etc. But I did not change any file access rights, this happens to more than one disk.
And before the programs worked fine without administrator rights.
What can be done to make things the same as before?

Perhaps this installer does not require mandatory administrator rights - it simply puts the software in the user profile, there are rights there.
But in your case something is wrong. Check the permissions on the Temp folder in the specified path. There should be full access for the user you are running as.
Also check if there is free space on drive C:
