Why do infoblocks in netcat inherit titles, section descriptions when their fields are filled?

Comrades! Faced a problem. In the netket, when adding infoblocks to a section, I specify all the keywords, descriptions, titles for a specific infoblock. But when switching to it, all this is ignored and all of the above is installed from the parent section. How to overcome it?
