Why do I receive letters that are not addressed to me?

A month ago, the spam folder began to rapidly accumulate - 30 letters a day, and the strangest thing is that the letters are not addressed to me and I can't figure out how they get into my mailbox???
What can be done about it?

There is a set of techniques for setting up a mail server, which consists in tightening the requirements for servers trying to deliver mail. Their use can drastically reduce the amount of spam that gets processed by the server. The other side of the coin is that letters from some not quite correctly configured servers may not reach.
The methods are as follows:
* require the sender to have a domain name on the machine, as well as the presence of a reverse zone (that is, the server's IP address must be resolved into its name). A virus-infected spamming machine does not have this property :)
* check the existence of the sender's address
* some other minor quibbles (correctness of the address in HELO, severity of the domain (isp203-201-20-15.users.somebody.com is hardly really a mail server address)

My situation is worse, there is a lot of spam with my address as the sender's address, I'm not sure what to do in order not to report my own address as spam and get into the filters, for this reason I just delete these letters and do not report.
