Why do I often experience burnout when studying?

Good, I constantly encounter a problem with burnout in training. I start learning, it’s very interesting, I solve problems, then I just don’t understand why I’m doing all this, I quit, time passes and I start again ... Some kind of trouble. Maybe there is a cure :)

My answer is - and I myself struggle to realize this point in my personal life all the time - that the skill of discipline is simply not developed. those. , okay, let me be such a person that I can’t hit one point all the time. I need periods of rest to accumulate strength, momentum, to give birth to the subconscious, but in this case it should look like this: I diligently realize everything that I have, let's say, for three months, then for a month I am in some kind of prostration, chill, and again.
In an undeveloped - unhealthy version - you lose the thread of your intention, you forget everything in general, you forget yourself, you exchange your path for a bunch of stupid paths.
Let's digress, you say you have a burnout - and you just burn so brightly when you study, you create that you burn out? :-)))
You see, you are simply hollow :-))), dark soul fans will understand that you leave your humanity, your soul and your aspirations on a pile of memes, on YouTube channels, in TV shows. That is where you burn out. Then all this fucks you up, you start to understand something, and like this - I'll get down to business. You find your edge. I’ll say myself, cut my YouTube channel, well, or by type. I will, they say, inseminate the world with my creativity. you are a man, in your beginning, and you start like this. and you're not exactly burning out, you just don't have that much point in the trunk. and having the skills of discipline, firmness, even at moments of complete self-realization, you will sit there stupidly poking something with a stick. Well, otherwise it just won’t make sense in life, they say.
Forget about all the advice, forget about coaches, psychotherapists, the rules of a healthy lifestyle,
You decide just for yourself, at least once in your life, what is really dear to you, what would you be like if you were completely free, in what role you would like to face death.
And do everything on the way to your dream, is this a plus or minus dream? ) anyway, let it light you up and let it give you faith. And there, you see, MB will develop. Impossible - Possible)

You have problems with will, discipline and determination. You need to work on developing these qualities, otherwise the inability to learn a programming language will be the least of your problems.

I have this when I don’t see a goal, but I just study something new “for the masses”. So it turns out superfluous, but over time it settles down. Now I'm procrastinating once again before finishing courses on AWS - too much theory and not enough practice.
It passes, the main thing is to find a motivator and discard interfering factors

happens like that. Part of it is procrastination, part of it is just broadening one's horizons. I want something, but I don't know what exactly.
In small quantities, it's even useful, it's like going to another country to see how they live there and return home. You don't have to move every time. If you are satisfied with the language in which you are writing now, then everything is OK, but it won’t hurt to study others at least superficially, you need to collect the best from everywhere. IMHO, if you allocate another week, once every two months for new languages, then it's okay, it's even useful, the development of competence. If you were a green newbie, then yes, it would be weird and not productive.
In general, before studying, you need to try to set a practical goal ., to come up with some kind of project, which to do as you study. Without practice, knowledge is not obtained, it is just information that is forgotten over time.
Good luck.

As long as there is no positive result from your actions, you will constantly pick up and drop.
The simplest thing is to make something simple and useful not only for yourself and distribute it for free, and if at least someone uses it except you, you will get the same result.
And the next step is to improve and gain an audience (community) of your product.
And when there are many people who want to use your product, you will start selling versions with new functionality.
That is, you need to find an unoccupied topic that you can start developing and coding in this direction.

Seems to be a high barrier to entry. You cannot jump over it. Look for a job sooner.

The best method is hunger and success, carrots in front and carrots in back.
You need to solve problems that provide at least small successes, well, you won’t be able to understand eating for free all your life, and you’ll also have to feed someone.

The main thing is that there is an awareness of the problem / condition, even talented and gifted people have weaknesses. I really like at such moments to imagine a drop of water that for years, somewhere in a dense dense cave, drips onto a powerful granite boulder ... and is able to make a hole in it after a certain period. Good luck in finding and overcoming obstacles;)

The brain gets tired just like the muscles. But there are no receptors in it, so you cannot feel tired from excessively long tension with pain. You feel apathy, laziness, procrastination, aversion to work or study.
Solutions:
Spend less time at the computer. I bet you do something useful for him no more than 1-2 hours a day. The rest of the time you just force your spine, burn your eyes and nervous system. You feel it.

I don't think everyone suffers from this. It's good that the head still does not hurt, because some complain of terrible and unbearable migraines in the learning process. Most likely this is due to the cerebral cortex, somewhere heard. Due to the fact that it has not yet had time to develop enough, therefore such problems. There's nothing to be done, this is a common problem, an evolutionary nature

Burnout is different, and you have procrastination.
For more information on what to do, a psychotherapist can tell.
