We threw off the site on magento, I first encountered it.
Googling found how to output template file paths.
After editing the corresponding one, for some reason nothing happens.
The cache seems to have nothing to do with it, tell me please, what could be the matter? I searched for files in similar paths, all changes are in vain.

on the server there were several folders with the same content, a full file copy (as it turned out later), and the most logically located turned out to be the wrong one, I didn’t even think to check if I was in the right place right away)
in case of such "problems" always check (by creating a text file, editing robots, etc.), and are you digging there?)
